Japanese Curry with Prawn Dashi

Weekly Japanese Curry Dinner
This week, it's chicken katsu coated in garlic and panko before oven baked. If you're going to oven baked the katsu, pre-browned the panko and garlic with olive oil in the pan before coating.

 This week, I've added prawn dashi into the curry with a tablespoon of minced beef. Super sweet!
