Home Dinner in Tokyo

Home Dinner in Tokyo
An almost no cooking required for our dinner assembly tonight. Hubby went grocery shopping at Tsukiji Market & nearby Nissin this morning.

Amaebi & Uni from Tsukiji
Best served with boiled rice! Raw, of course.

White asparagus, tomato & wild rocket
I still prefer to have the asparagus lightly cooked instead of raw. Simple raw salad assembly drizzle with olive oil and sea salt. That's how good the fresh produces are!

Heads of amaebi & white asparagus toasted
Using the heads from the fresh amaebi, add some sliced garlic, olive oil, sea salt and toast it together with the white asparagus for this sweet dish!

Gigantic chikuwa!
I've insisted to get a small pack when we were at the farmer's mart in Asakusa area. Chikuwa is one of our favourite food ^_^ You should check out this mart - Marugoto Nippon まるごとにっぽん - when you're in this area.
