25-27 May: Ring Selections

Below are some of the rings which my sweetie has been scouting for our upcoming (special) moment ❤

Favourite from Efva Attling

I love Kärlek & Stars! The gold one in the above photo. Kärlek means love in Swedish. I fell in love with that ring on first sight. It also goes very well with the wedding bands pictured above! I can wear both on one finger instead of two - one on ring finger, one on middle finger (engagement).

I love Scandinavia jewelry designers! Especially those from Denmark! After scouting about in Norway, Sweden and Denmark for some time now, even my sweetie feels he will be disappointed when we check out those back in Malaysia later.

Wedding Band from Reeslev

A beautifully crafted wedding band from Denmark. Considering how both of us are pretty rough on daily task with our hands, sweetie chosen this very classic shaped ring with a matte surface. Being a full time chef, 90% of his waking moment are spent in the restaurant handling food. I do encourage him to just wear his wedding band on his neck, especially at work! I'm practical like that ^_^ Because I consider our relationship beyond typical formality of what society perceived - Marriage.

The paper is needed only to eliminate some of the hassles that may arise and smoothen the process of building our lives TOGETHER, as and when needed in whichever part of this world we might be.

Long story short, we have decided and been living as life partners to create the lifestyle we both wanted. Including backing up his goal in life and helping him achieving it. In return, he will creates a life and home I wanted with him, with reasonable amount of shortcomings but a whole ton of honest, wholesome and steady flow of happiness. Laughter will be provided by our lovely furkids. Meowhahaha!

Finally, I introduced Christian Bauer to my sweetie for a look. Letting him know that this is the 老赵排 (classic brand), stapled synonymously with wedding bands. I fell in love with the top right (photo above). But he seems to prefer the set on the bottom left (photo above). I like the diamonds set further apart, he prefers the more rounded edges for the male ring.

He chosen so many! Teehee! I gave up choosing after the 5th. I'm not very patient with shopping in general. My Mr. is really good at this. He can be my girlfriends' best shopping buddy, I tell ye! Teehee. We did manage to strive up a very pleasant and balance shopping style together though.
