This isn't the first time I've voted. But this is the FIRST time I'm needed to queue to vote! Imagine my pleasant surprise. All these times, I've never felt
such strong sense of UNITY amidst my fellow Malaysian. This is also the most tensed election for my country.
By the time I've turned 21 year old, my mother pushed me to register as a voter immediately. She is the most patriotic Malaysian I've ever known. She always said, "Every SINGLE vote counts", be responsible! All these while, I wasn't at all optimistic about how much my single vote can mean to this country.
After all, I've been born into the same governance and losing hope at my country to ever keep up its pace with others.
One of the Many Disappointments

My mother will always make sure I vote, drove me to my polling station, waited before she goes for hers; which was quite a distant from mine. This year, same! Despite her hunger from waiting so long this time, she persevered and even made used of some spare time to helped ferry my sister, who was the most devoted volunteer in this GE I've known, to another station!

I hope everyone, voters and volunteers, are safely home. Stays CALM and STRONG. Remembering, we are all Malaysians, regardless of race or belief, or even whom we've trusted to be our leaders. We all want progress in peace and harmony. Because only through a real peace of mind and living, can we be able to streghthen our progress without distraction.
