Ginger Shoyu Baked Chicken 2.0

Cold Soba, Ginger Shoyu 醤油 Baked Chicken 2.0, Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 boneless chicken thigh with skin
  • 1-2 inches grated ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. mirin
  • 2 tsp. cooking sake
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • salt & black pepper
  • olive oil
1. Pat dry chicken things. Season meat with a little salt & black pepper. Rub in well.
2. Mix grated ginger, soy sauce, honey, mirin, cooking sake in a bowl.
3. Preheat oven 200C for 5mins.
4. Prepare a shallow baking pan and lined it with aluminium foil (crinkle it to make it less sticky during baking), spray it well with olive oil.
5. Place seasoned chicken thighs on pan, skin up, spray it well with olive oil, pour in condiment mixture.
6. Bake for 7mins. - depending on thickness - turn it over 2mins. before cooking is done.


Serve it and drizzle leftover jus on top.
