Stir-Fry Beef with Bell Peppers (Turbo Air Fryer)

Stir-fried in Turbo Air Fryer

Here's a little trick to make the beef slices tender;

- bell peppers (yellow & green)
- 1/2 yellow onions, sliced
- 1 piece of red chilli, seeds removed
- 5 inches of sliced carrot, par-boiled
- 1/2 tablespoon of cooking oil
- 2 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 2 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce (optional)
- salt & pepper to taste

Rinse off after the tenderizing process. Pat dry. Throw in mixing bowl together with all the ingredients listed above. Salt to taste, generous about of black pepper for that punch.

Mix well, making sure all the ingredients are coated well with the oil & salt. Place mixture into frying basket. Hit Stir-fry, 200C, 8-10mins (depending on amount used, making sure the beef slices are not overcooked), Roller ON.

Optional spring onion for garnish.

Serve with boiled rice.
