Airfryer Baked Gochujang Chicken Wings
We've recently bought a jar of this Korean common cuisine base-taste - Gochujang. We've selected a medium spicy level one to try on some of our marinading meat/vegetable dishes.

Gochujang - Medium Spiciness!
For my first try, I've decided to try it with the chicken wings! The easiest ^_^

Goes well with kuryu slices!
INGREDIENTS
- 6 pcs Chicken Wings

- 1 - 2 Tbsp Gochujang

- 3 cloves of Garlic, sliced

- 2 pcs Shallot, sliced

- 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil

- Sea Salt

METHOD
- Dry & poke chicken wings all around with fork.

- Rub some sea salt onto meat.

- Combine gochujang, garlic slices, shallot slices & sesame oil in mixing bowl.

- Place chicken wings in ziplock bag, pour in seasoning mixture paste, seal the bag.

- Give it a good rub to distribute the paste on chicken wings in the bag.

- Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, no more than 12 hours preferable.

- Place marinaded chicken wings on baking paper in pan.

- AIRFRYER SETTING > Base Pan > 190C > 12mins

- Turn chicken wings in airfyer after 8 to 9 minutes and continue the cooking process set earlier.
