Airfryer Baked Gochujang Chicken Wings

Airfryer Baked Gochujang Chicken Wings
We've recently bought a jar of this Korean common cuisine base-taste - Gochujang. We've selected a medium spicy level one to try on some of our marinading meat/vegetable dishes.

Gochujang - Medium Spiciness!
For my first try, I've decided to try it with the chicken wings! The easiest ^_^

Goes well with kuryu slices!
INGREDIENTS

  • 6 pcs Chicken Wings
  • 1 - 2 Tbsp Gochujang
  • 3 cloves of Garlic, sliced
  • 2 pcs Shallot, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • Sea Salt
METHOD
  • Dry & poke chicken wings all around with fork.
  • Rub some sea salt onto meat.
  • Combine gochujang, garlic slices, shallot slices & sesame oil in mixing bowl.
  • Place chicken wings in ziplock bag, pour in seasoning mixture paste, seal the bag.
  • Give it a good rub to distribute the paste on chicken wings in the bag.
  • Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, no more than 12 hours preferable.
  • Place marinaded chicken wings on baking paper in pan.
  • AIRFRYER SETTING > Base Pan > 190C > 12mins
  • Turn chicken wings in airfyer after 8 to 9 minutes and continue the cooking process set earlier.
