Cat Help: Poor, Sweet Ghinga

Took these shots of Ghinga after I fed him some soft food. Photos are blur and grainy because it was still dark and I need to zoomed in on the shot from the high kitchen window.

Ghinga's snout is rather swollen. Old injury is not healing too well. All those cat fights. Sigh. Attempted to touch him a few days ago when I fed him close by. He hissed and refused to eat till I distant away. How to rescue him?! Super sigh.
