Well-packed

I've tried its detox smoothie for a while now. It works. Better bowel movement and we actually felt more energetic. You know how easily exhausting you'll get when your liver is not optimal, right?

Decided to try other range now for more targeted result; on top of our daily workouts. Jumped on the haul when another round of promotion was running via Qoo10 MY/SG.

Tatiana: MORE weight loss?

A little challenge thrown to me by their vet. The recommended feeding amount is actually higher than what I've been giving them on the previous diet - Royal Canin Maine Coon Adult.

We'll see (─‿‿─) They still feels hungry, a lot!

Delivery from Newly iShop
I need to e-mail Lazada about my items not being sent out from sellers for 6 days after payment. The following day, both my items from different sellers were sent - out from seller's warehouse. Now, that makes Lazada looks like they withheld my order/payment to its seller for that (6 days) long. The only explaination for that kind of timeline.
It's HUGE but super light ┐('~`;)┌

It looks and works well 。.:☆*:・'(*⌒―⌒*)))

Free gift! Tibetan herbal foot bath powder.

Simple controls(?)
Hokay, it wasn't that straightforward. We tried a few button-pressing to see. Some are obvious, some are not. I finally whipped out my moby and turned on Google Translate in camera mode to read 'em.

The rotating bits are ticklish!

Deep fried chillies stuffed with fish paste
Drove all the way here after collecting my parcel in Larkin because I need to visit a clinic here. This Klinik Lim dan Surgeri in Taman Molek always managed to cure my terrible cough and flu.

I've been having flu and sore throat for almost a month. Just when I am about recover, the fever came back and worsen again. I've been given anti-inflammation and managed to starved off from infection for a while. Now, I've been plagued with bad coughing interrupting my rest for days/nights.

Unfortunately, the clinic is closed!

All Bright and Pretty
So glad to find Ocha eye all well today. She was tearing and closing her left eye the whole yesterday.

Kohi & Purin, the inseparable.
It has been almost 5 months now since all four furkids are living under one tiny roof. All of them are pretty well adjusted at this point. Still a little tense but the outcome is better than I've anticipated.

Kohi and Purin have each other. That itself will gives me assurance they will settle in well. So, without fail, these two are warming up to the new household arrangement and condition on the same pace.

Solo Baby, Tatiana
Tatiana is cuddling up to her favourite Hooman #2, Papa Bear's pants while I was too busy answering her cries at laundry time. She is such a baby towards her Papa Bear and I. Still quite resistance towards the other furkids in the household.

Ocha always on standby to befriend Tatiana
Ocha is pretty stuck to her one bad habit in this new household arrangement for now. She will holds her pee the whole day/night for one giant release on THE FLOOR, close to the actual cat litter! Well, at least she pees. She is not yellow anymore, too! Right before the move up to KL, she has to postponed her annual vaccination because she was showing signs of liver issue again. Going to arrange time for a reliable vet to check Kohi and her out in KL. If not, I will need to make a bigger arrangement to travel back to JB for their check-ups.

Both Kohi and Ocha have liver issues prior to our relocation. Recovering well at the moment.

Cough, Cold, Vitamin C
My hubby, and I have lost counts of being down in less than a year of staying in this city. He was a strong mule before moving here. Living and working in Singapore and Sweden, the living conditions and environment are much more accessible for him to achieves healthier living. Air, water, produces and general positive living/working environment are those keys.

It will be a year soon in another few months. May our next relocation be a better and balanced one *paws crossed*.

Ocha on Examinatin Table | Blood Test NOT GOOD!

Ocha is not eating well again. This time, she doesn't seem as tired as she was the first time her liver was failing. On the 4th day of not showing any sign of her gaining her appetite back, we are back in the clinic.

One of the cute patient here!

We got here slightly passed lunch hour. I was pretty glad it wasn't packed when we arrived. Just 2 patients before us.

Checking out the Missing and Adoption notices.

I don't approve of purchasing pets like dogs and cats, so I will not encourage sharing here.

Cat Ocha's Vet Visit - Liver & Hairball Issues

Monday, September 15, 2014

It wasn't too long ago when my sweet li'Ocha was down with liver infection. She barely has time to gain what she has lost and now, she is unwell again.

Second day. She is starting to lose her appetite. This time, she doesn't shows any sign of tiredness like she did when her liver was failing.

May be her throat or gum or mouth (ulcer) issue. Will be bringing her to the vet soon when the public holiday is over. In the meantime, watching her closely and encouraging her to eat as much as she could on her own.

Round-Round No More

Our paces haven't ceased since my first day out to Shanghai till date.

Yes, we are back in Singapore.

Yes, we are back in Malaysia.

Yes, we even went to and flo Kuala Lumpur for 1 day BOCM (Bocuse d'Or Malaysia) event.

Everyday is still packed with GTD and tasks. It really doesn't help at all that one of my sweetie cat fell sick. Anyone who cares for a cat knows the risk of flu. My li'angel Tatiana has it and it was a damn good luck I've caught notice of it early!

5 months is not a long time to set up an organisation from its infancy level in this country. Creating structure and awareness, fund-raising and culinary events, and above all these stacks of paperworks+discussions+research+accounting+promotions, we (Kenneth & I) are left with very little energy, time and money to build a life together or even settling in to Malaysia.

My feet are barely touching the ground I'm walking now. Breathing is a bonus. But I've made a promise to my husband. I will not break and sit on problems till I've exhausted all my wits and efforts to solve them.

So, pardon me for delaying all the unedited footage of videos I've taken on events since January. I hope to get them roll out steadily soon. Yes, including my Blog Updates. Paws-crossed on that one. Phew.

Lemongrass Mosquitoes Repellent Spray, Siang Pure Oil

Since this Bangkok trip is purely for work, we have only about 30 minutes drop-off at a local hypermarket to buy all these!

The dried chilli flakes on the left is not the common type I find in JB. The center bottle is pretty common here. So, I bought a small bottle in Bangkok, since I was already there.

No supermarket trip is complete without buying food for my furkids! Not included in this set is the 12 packets of Mama Tom Yum.

At first, I thought it was just my PMS. The sleepiness, the heavy head and the lack of appetite. When I'm on aspirin for the headache, it numbs the pain a little but still left me very disoriented.

Having headache for 3 days straight, now, that cannot be my usual PMS. Noticing a slight increased of temperature, I am down with a cold. Not flu. Phew. So, it is Vitamin C round the clock, plenty of fresh water and rests. I am going to nurse this one out properly for GTDs this coming Monday.

While I was at the pharmacy for my Vitamin C and the ointment, I thought I might as well replenish my finishing body shower gel and body lotion.

This is on sales now. Going to give it a try. So much more cheaper than Sweden ♪(´ε` )

Tested the in-shower rinse-off body lotion. It is much better than using the classic body lotion in this high humidity weather. Leaving my skin moisten without the stickiness I loathe when I am in a tropical country. Even after being in a rather warm room for hours.

Only downside was the shower floor tiles need to be scrubbed after rinsing the lotion off the body. Icky.

It was supposed to be Jojo's first pilate session with me. Scheduled. Brought my deflated gym ball over to her house. Alas! The handpump that came with it is spoilt! No alternative lying around and with not much time to spare before our next scheduled agenda, I turned to this app - 7 Minutes Workout (iOS) - for a quick, refreshing session which is a nice fitness (beginner) introduction to Jojo.

It was fun NOT without its challenge. Try it! Good for daily set on top of your other targeted workouts in gym (or conditioning or strengthening or alertness or stamina set).

2 hours since home. After 1 hour of nap.

Finally! After 5 days of being caged/warded on IV and piles of antibiotic syringes, she is stable enough for me to do home care!

Looking at her ouchie. She looks so scruffy and... sick!

Alas, she hasn't been eating for these 5 days, too! This is going to be challenging. To make her start eating again on her own. Which is why, I will be preparing to do force-feeding soon till she is able to eats on her own.

Ocha: Home?

I went to visit my little darling an hour before the clinic is closed for the day. This is so I can have the vets available for discussion on my furkid instead of being swarmed by other furry patients.

I went to see Ocha first. My poor baby is crying softly when she saw me. Not moving but just looking at me to bring her home.

Day 2: Ocha Warded

Friday, September 13, 2013

Shortly after my early lunch, it is time to bring my little Ocha to the vet! She was crying her lungs out during the journey. I haven't heard her voice in 3 days! Is this a good sign?

Sadly, it wasn't. Sob. When vet took a close look at Ocha's sclera AND her dirty external auditory canal - the surrounding skin is yellowed, she exclaimed, "She has jaundice!"

I fainted.

While drawing blood from Ocha and waiting for the test result, we discussed about the cause and treatment. Very thorough and details.
