Bifesta for Removing Waterproof Mascara

New name(?), slightly different (bottle) design. I hope it is the same or improved version of what I've been looking to replenish my finishing bottle. It is under Mandom and there is that Cleansing Express tag on it.

Only one I found on the shelf today at the local (Malaysia) drug store; for waterproof mascara. Much smaller bottle than mine. No other choices seen there. The rest are basic cleansing lotion. Not effective for removing waterproof mascara.
