Celeriac Bread by Chef Kenneth Loke




The bread is made from celery root (celeriac) juice, mix with roasted celeriac bits, and roasted celeriac skin into powder.

It is proven bread, dusted with powder, top with elderberry (fruits from elderflower) gel.

Handmade butter is the process of caramelising cream fold in rose pepper, parsley and garlic. Sprinkled with freshly grated lemon zest and sea salt.
