O'Briens' Sandwich, Taman Molek

So, this is it, the outlet with name, from a distant, directed my mind to thinking this is just another pseudo-Irish pub. Hey, who will immediately connect it to be an outlet specialized in SANDWICHES? Have you been to Ireland? Noteable SANDWICHES? No. Breakfast Roll, yes. But this outlet is DEFINITELY not serving Irish's Breakfast Roll. They do make common sandwiches, using decent bread - rare in this country - and safe (local common) selections of filling.

Don't expect me to know if they are a famous chain. I don't go to Europe eating such sandwiches. If I do, I will just grab it off any convenient chain stores without paying a premium for such food. Their quality is on par as many premium joints of its kind found in Singapore and Malaysia. Yes, seriously. Also, when I visit other countries, I will hit the local specialty type of sandwiches; e.g., open-faced, roti john, toast skagen, Japanese fruit sandwiches, et al.

The price is not cheap. But it is justifiable for taste+portion+local market ratio pricing. Just don't take the Iced Cappucino. Think 3-in-1 Nescafé Instant, green pack found in Malaysia, added with condensed milk. There you have it, their Cappucino at this outlet.

+Jamie Lau was super wowed by their doughnut. She said cute(?). I don't see how a giant doughnut can be described as cute. She had the sugar sprinkled, not glazed, one. Not wow. So skip this if you're a doughnut fan.
