In this neighbourhood for appointment and dropped in here for lunch - recommended by Mama D. It has a natural sweetness to it. Meat stock used during the (noodle) making process? Definitely not sugar. Even though I kept mumbling why this noodle tasted sweet, not sugar type of sweet, unusual, etc., but Mama D didn't tell me it was handmade then to shut me up. Hur, hur, hur.
