Mine came slightly passed midnight in Malaysia. This update is supposed to resolved those missing Phone Storage. Which, incidentally, I was needed to Factory Reset last night because I totally ran out of storage which forbade me to even take a new pic from cam!
I have reinstalled all apps and did not move to Phone Storage at this moment. After the update, I noticed I am still missing 1GB without specifically using it via any of the apps I've installed. Yes, I did Erase all phone storage data AFTER the new update to get this result.
I'm going to use the phone as per normal, moving apps back to Phone Storage & what's not. I will monitor the usage to see if this new update has truly rectified that missing storage each time I reset the phone. If it has, I will not be writing another another on this issue.
For those who said that the missing storage was the result from plugging the phone into PC as disk storage, this ain't true for me. For I never did that and the phone storage continues to disappear each time I reset my phone; I have the habit to do that on all devices.
