INGREDIENTS
GINGER + EGG RICE
- 1 inch grated ginger
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. mirin
- A pinch of salt
- 2 cups rice (grain)
- Beat egg with salt and mirin mix.
- Heat pan in low, pour in egg mixture, fold into roll. Don't overcook it.
- Cut cooked egg into strips.
- Wash rice (grain), drain and pour clean water to the right amount in rice cooker. Add egg strips and grated ginger. Mix well. Turn on for rice cooking.
